We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and social media marketing. You should be able to work independently, manage campaigns end-to-end, and deliver measurable results.Must have at least 2 years of proper experience in SEO.Must be able to deliver results independently.Must have excellent English and Hindi communication skills.Salary: Rs 10K to Rs 17K per month, depending on experience and proficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>SEO and SEM:</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.</li><li>Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor performance.</li><li>Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.</li><li>Build and execute link-building strategies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.</li><li>Social Media Management:</li><li>Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Create engaging content and ensure consistent posting and community engagement.</li><li>Monitor social media trends and create audience-relevant campaigns.</li><li>Strategic Planning:</li><li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and online traffic.</li><li>Create content for blogs, email campaigns, websites, and social media.</li><li>Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.</li><li>Content Creation:</li><li>Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites..</li><li>Analytics and Reporting:</li><li>Track and report on key performance metrics across SEO, SEM, and social channels.</li><li>Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM).</li><li>Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.</li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 2 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 2 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work on diverse digital projects</li><li>Supportive and growth-focused work environment</li><li>Flexible work options for the right candidate</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
