 The Job:
 
 
 
 As the Business Development Executive, you&rsquo;ll be part of our Sales team working as an on-site employee.
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll get to:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create demand for professional power tools accessories by providing effective solutions to end-users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expand our product range at key accounts and work with sales teams to convert enquiries into orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research on new products and communicate customer feedback to Marketing and Product Management teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase brand share among end-users through targeted activities and relationship building.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new product launches and ensure marketing objectives are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with sales teams and dealers to expedite quotations and orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with customers through regular visits and needs assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver product demonstrations and highlight features, benefits, and advantages to customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve annual and new product sell-out targets, as well as new customer acquisition goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support marketing events such as dealer/end-user meets and roadshows.

 The Person:

 You also have:

 Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the power tools or accessories industry is a plus.
