In this position, you will play a key role in leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects while upholding the highest standards of quality, accountability, and client service. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. In this position, you are responsible for providing internal leadership and management support on an Owner&rsquo;s Representative program for a Department of Public Works (DPW) client. You will work closely with the client-facing Program Manager to plan, develop, and execute multiple task orders across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. This includes preparing and managing task order scopes, coordinating with technical teams to assign resources, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring all deliverables meet schedule and performance expectations. You will take a proactive role in guiding team leaders, resolving project challenges, and maintaining consistency across program operations. The position also involves participating in key meetings, assisting with program reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making that ensures successful execution of the Owner&rsquo;s Representative contract. Previous experience in developing, delivering, and managing project and programs for clients and 15+ years of professional experience on projects is required, as well as the desire to grow personally and professionally and work within and overseeing teams to deliver high quality projects/programs.</div><br>

What You Will Be Doing:</b></h3><ul><li>
Work with our USVI program clients to understand their needs, identify project opportunities and convert task orders. Develop internal relationships to support the timely accurate delivery of all our USVI clients needs to maintain Stanleys outstanding client relationship and become the premier engineer service provider to USVI DPW.</li><li>
Support the delivery of projects to enhance client satisfaction. Develop a record of growth and client satisfaction with USVI DPW, and other programmatic clients.</li><li>
Understand and support the corporate strategy, business direction, and growth and profitability objectives. Align all projects and program activities accordingly to achieve business goals.</li><li>
Understand and promote the company's core values, brand and broad range of company services and diverse member capabilities to best meet the needs of our clients projects and programs.

Required Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
A minimum of 15 years of proven, successful project and program experience including executing infrastructure projects and programs within a fixed budget.</li><li>
Experience in developing program schedules, contracts, cost estimates, and project status documents</li><li>
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>
Professional Engineering License preferred (not required)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and to represent the client to the firm's leadership</li><li>

Stanley Consultants is looking for a Resident Project Representative with previous construction management experience for our Chicago, IL office. A licensed professional is preferred. This person will work in the field on public infrastructure projects and assist the Resident Engineer. Project owners include IDOT/CDOT/ISTHA and various municipalities. Daily tasks consist of on-site observation of the contract construction work as compared to the project&rsquo;s plans and specifications.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Will Be Doing:</b></h3><ul><li>
Monitor contractor&rsquo;s performance for workmanship, schedule, and contract requirements.
</li><li>Prepare reports, coordinate progress meetings with the contractor and owner, and manage the shop drawing review process.
</li><li>Make calculations and document work in a format that can easily be checked by others.</li><li>
Monitor internal budgets.
</li><li>Ensure staff compliance with the Group Safety manual.
</li><li>Resolve contractor&rsquo;s questions and drawing clarifications.

</li><li>Excellent visualization, communication, and documentation skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively and work independently, while collaborating with other team members and managers.
</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>
General knowledge of construction techniques and an ability to read plans and specifications.</li><li>
Proven ability to distribute learned knowledge to other Resident Project Representatives, Construction Observer&rsquo;s, and Material Testing Technicians.</li><li>

Stanley Consultants is seeking a talented and motivated CADD Designer to work with our Power Generation Team. This position uses primarily Bentley software to produce neat, legible construction documents that meet company and client quality standards. The successful candidate primarily functions as a member of a project design team developing construction documents for structural steel to support equipment, pipe, and cable tray, and for concrete foundations of buildings, engine generators, turbine generators, transformers, and other equipment. Additional duties include 3D modeling of Steel and Concrete structures in multidiscipline federated model projects.</div>

Create and revise construction drawings under direct supervision from verbal and written instructions, marked prints, sketches, computations, and other sources prepared by others.</li><li>
