 Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in administering and implementation of Nexthink
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of Endpoint management, and performance monitoring.
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
 
 
 &bull; Must have hands on experience in improvement of Dex/user experience score
 
 
 &bull; Must have done problem hunting with the help of Nexthink platform
 
 
 &bull; Have performed Value Realization of the use cases for automation
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of NQL(Nexthink specific)
 
 
 &bull; Have done integrations with ITSM and Chatbots
 
 
 &bull; Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex system issues.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management best practices.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM/MECM)
 
 
 &bull; Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull; Manage and optimize the Nexthink platform, ensuring its proper functionality and helping to improve the end-user experience. Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Nexthink, as well as supporting the broader IT teams with insights gained from the platform&rsquo;s analytics
 
 
 &bull; Administer and configure the Nexthink platform to meet organizational needs.
 
 
 &bull; Perform routine system checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
 
 
 &bull; Manage system integrations with other enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Active Directory, etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Maintain and manage the collection and retention of endpoint data across the organization.
 
 
 &bull; Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide actionable insights into user experience and IT performance.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor endpoint performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
 
 
 &bull; Provide recommendations to improve IT efficiency and end-user experience based on Nexthink analytics.
 
 
 &bull; Act as a point of contact for internal teams requiring support for Nexthink-related issues.
 
 
 &bull; Provide troubleshooting and resolution for data discrepancies or platform-related issues.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure smooth Nexthink service delivery.
 
 
 &bull; Fine-tune and optimize the Nexthink platform settings to improve performance and reduce overhead.
 
 
 &bull; Continuously analyze data patterns to enhance the overall user experience.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in Nexthink upgrades and ensure system compatibility with other enterprise applications.
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT support, security, and operations) to ensure that Nexthink aligns with company goals.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct training sessions for teams using the platform to ensure proper usage and understanding.
 
 
 &bull; Translate technical insights into business relevant outcomes and ROI.
 
 
 &bull; Establish governance, access controls, and best practices.
 
 
 &bull; Act as trusted advisor to IT leadership and stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Support enterprise initiatives such as digital workplace modernization, and hybrid work optimization.
