  Job Responsibility:

  <li>
   Fluent Arabic speaker, fluent in spoken and written English.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor's degree or higher (from a QS Top 1000 university preferred), with a major in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, or Public Administration being a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   2-3 years of product operations experience; conditions may be relaxed for outstanding fresh graduates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Possesses experience in Prompt Engineering, data cleaning, and data training, with a strong interest in and basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
  </li>

  Service Scope:
 </p>
 <ol>
  <li>
   Able to independently complete testing of our large model products and output product feature documentation in Arabic/English after training.
  </li>
  <li>
   Capable of answering user questions regarding the functional use of large model products, and regularly summarizing common customer issues to feedback to product managers, forming corresponding FAQ documents, or maintaining the product operations intelligent agent.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collect and organize user corpus data for large model products, deeply analyze user intent and model performance, and collaborate with product and algorithm teams to jointly define and iterate on model evaluation standards for large model products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in designing, writing, and optimizing prompts to guide AI in generating high-quality responses. Continuously participate in model parameter tuning for projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Translate and proofread deliverables that require Arabic translation for projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to conduct system function usage training, large model training, and business scenario setup for business clients, and produce training materials to support clients in further mastering the system.
  </li>
