Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor Location: DelhiAbout the RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor to join our growing FMCG/D2C brand. In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in shaping our visual identity and storytelling through impactful graphics and engaging video content. You will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to craft designs that connect with our consumers, drive engagement, and enhance our brand presence across digital and retail platforms.Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns &amp; Product Launches<ul><li>Create eye-catching visual assets for product launches, emailers, packaging mockups, and digital ads (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.).</li><li>Design product-focused creatives for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations.</li></ul>Video Production &amp; Editing<ul><li>Plan and execute video shoots for product ads, how-to-use videos, customer testimonials, and brand stories.</li><li>Edit videos for multiple channels, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, Amazon listings, and performance marketing campaigns.</li></ul>E-commerce &amp; Website Visuals<ul><li>Design banners, lifestyle images, infographics, and visuals for product detail pages (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize visuals for better CTR, conversion, and brand recall.</li></ul>Social Media Content<ul><li>Develop scroll-stopping content including static posts, reels, GIFs, animations, and stories tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).</li><li>Contribute to the monthly content calendar with creative ideas aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.</li></ul>Packaging &amp; Print Design (Bonus)<ul><li>Design packaging, labels, POS materials, brochures, and offline marketing collaterals as needed.</li><li>Ensure print designs meet production standards and align with brand aesthetics.</li></ul>Brand Identity &amp; Consistency<ul><li>Maintain visual consistency across all assets in line with brand guidelines and tone.</li><li>Evolve and update design systems, iconography, and asset libraries as the brand scales.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Ideation<ul><li>Work closely with brand managers, digital marketers, and product teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual outputs.</li><li>Contribute original ideas during brainstorms and creative reviews.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, beauty, health, or CPG brands.</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or alternatives like Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro.</li><li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling, social-first design, and motion graphics.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing a mix of product design, social content, video ads, and packaging (if any).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and juggle multiple projects.</li><li>Awareness of the latest trends in D2C marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with product photography, reels creation, or UGC-style editing.</li><li>Knowledge of Amazon A+ content, Shopify theme design, or print production.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>D2C: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Field sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
