Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide Comprehensive Dental Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage oral health conditions for patients of all ages.</li><li>
Perform Preventive and Restorative Procedures: Including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals.</li><li>
Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss options with patients.</li><li>
Patient Education: Explain oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment recommendations clearly.</li><li>
Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient history, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with regulations.</li><li>
Ensure Infection Control: Follow all sterilization and safety protocols.</li><li>
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff for seamless patient care.</li><li>
Emergency Care: Respond to and manage dental emergencies promptly.</li><li>
Stay Current: Keep up with continuing education and advancements in dental technology and techniques.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program</li><li>
Active Texas dental license</li><li>
Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications</li><li>
3 plus years professional clinical experience preferred</li></ul>
