The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing strong client partnerships, and leading a team to achieve business and operational targets.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and client servicing.</li><li>Strong track record of achieving recruitment closures and developing client accounts.</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Market competitive salary, benefits and commissions will be offered.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
