The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of transforming raw footage into compelling content tailored to diverse industries and audiences. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with producers, directors, and designers to deliver high-quality video assets across platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit raw footage into polished video content using industry-standard software.</li><li>Add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.</li><li>Perform color correction, audio balancing, and visual enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to align video output with brand and campaign goals.</li><li>Manage and organize video assets for efficient workflow and future use.</li><li>Revise and refine edits based on stakeholder feedback.</li></ul>Industry Versatility<ul><li>Adapt editing style and tone to suit various industries including entertainment, corporate, education, healthcare, fashion, and real estate.</li><li>Work across diverse content types such as promotional videos, training modules, documentaries, social media reels, product demos, and event coverage.</li><li>Quickly learn and apply brand guidelines and visual standards unique to each client or sector.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Strong understanding of video formats, compression, and optimization for web and social platforms.</li><li>Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is a plus.</li><li>Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Portfolio showcasing a range of editing styles and industry experience.</li></ul>Career Path Opportunities<ul><li>Junior Video Editor &rarr; Video Editor &rarr; Senior Editor &rarr; Video Editing Manager</li><li>Opportunities to specialize in motion graphics, post-production supervision, or creative direction.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
