<div>The supervisor of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) is part of the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) group and is responsible for managing SQA engineers and supplier quality in support of the SQA Manager. The SQA Supervisor must comply with supplier quality standards to meet all product and process requirements and manage and report supplier performance. Responsibilities include quality checks, approving the production part approval process for new suppliers, and conducting ongoing process audits for all suppliers. The SQA Supervisor is also responsible for detecting, containing, root cause analysis, and resolving all supplier-related issues. The leader will manage continuous performance improvement and optimization of all suppliers of components and services, providing coaching and mentoring on the utilization of world-class problem-solving methodologies.

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct business training for SQA Engineers</li>
<li>Establish and monitor Key Process Indicators (KPI) for SQA activities</li>
<li>Lead Quality Process Audits (QPA) and Production Part Approval Process for new suppliers</li>
<li>Improve supplier performance and document internal audits and quality assurance activities</li>
<li>Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and review supplier product specifications and inspection standards</li>
<li>Prepare and provide regular updates on Supplier Quality performance, manage multiple priorities, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and clarify business and technical requirements. Must be able to travel internationally.</li>

</ul>Requirements:
Basic:
<ul>
<li>Minimum Age: 18 years old</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of industrial automation and controls experience with strong foundation in Supplier Quality Management</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various level of employees within all areas of the organization including hourly employees to Senior Leadership</li>
<li>Ability to build effective cross functional relationships internally and externally</li>
<li>Ability to coach / mentor / develop SQA Engineers and IQC Inspectors</li>
<li>Must be eligible to work in the United States</li>
<li>While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Bilingual English / Korean</li>
<li>Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing</li>
<li>Shainin Red X / Six Sigma Certification</li>
<li>Experience with the AIAG Advanced Quality Planning and Control Plans, FMEA, Production Part Approval Process, MSA, and SPC (Statistical Process Control)</li>
<li>Experience with quality certification and system such as ISO9001/IATF16949 is required</li>
<li>Familiar with World Class Manufacturing pillar methodology and implementation</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge in Data Analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access or other database applications</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of Google Suite software programs</li>
<li>ASQ Certification in Quality and Reliability</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicals</li>
<li>Ability to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job function</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds</li>
<li>To safely perform the essential functions of the position you must be able to distinguish colors</li>
</ul>
