 We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing company seeking a
 
 Director of Supply Chain
 
 to take full ownership of a complex, end-to-end operation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing procurement, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution, with a strong emphasis on S&amp;OP, inventory optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Be Doing
 
 
 
 
 As the Director of Supply Chain, you will own the full supply chain lifecycle and serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Finance. You will lead teams, drive data-based decision making, and ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery of perishable goods while maintaining the highest standards for food safety, compliance, and service.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and execute supply chain strategy across procurement, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Own S&amp;OP and inventory planning processes to align demand, supply, and financial targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive KPI performance including OTIF, inventory turns, service levels, and total delivered cost
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar, to improve visibility and decision making
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, and DOT regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier performance, and risk mitigation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain and logistics teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as point of contact for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
 
 
 </li>

 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations experience, with 5+ years in leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Food or dairy manufacturing experience strongly required, perishable goods supply chain experience is essential
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ownership of full end-to-end supply chain including procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated hands-on S&amp;OP leadership including forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ERP experience required, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of TMS and WMS systems preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, and DOT compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams
 
 
 </li>

 Work environment and expectations

 Full-time, exempt, on-site role
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular presence required on the production floor and in warehouse environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast-paced, hands-on setting supporting a 24/7 operation
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasional travel, typically less than 20 percent

 Job Overview:
 
 
 
 
 Our client is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Workers to support their production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring high sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor to support food safety and quality operations.
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;re Good At:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Performing sanitation and cleaning of food production equipment using water, chemicals, and sanitizing solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Breaking down and reassembling machinery to clean hard-to-reach areas (under supervision or once trained)
 </li>
 <li>
 Following detailed sanitation procedures and safety protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Cleaning and maintaining floors, drains, walls, and other production surfaces
 </li>
 <li>
 Lifting, moving, and handling equipment and cleaning supplies (up to 40 lbs regularly)
 </li>
 <li>
 Working in wet, humid environments while wearing PPE
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Previous experience in a sanitation or utility role in a food manufacturing or production facility
 </li>

 Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety protocols

 The ability to work independently or as part of a team
