Position: Virtual Banking Supervisor
 
Location: Mandan, North Dakota 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead and direct daily operations of the Digital &amp; Phone Banking Center
</li><li>Ensure quality customer service standards are met
</li><li>Support Virtual Bankers&rsquo; growth and development
</li><li>Achieve assigned metrics and goals
</li><li>Manage team to maximize productivity and efficiency
</li><li>Provide sales and financial direction for virtual banking
</li><li>Address and resolve complex customer service issues
</li><li>Perform tasks requiring supervisor-level approvals
</li><li>Recruit, orientate, and train team members to deliver Starion service standards
</li><li>Build new and maintain existing customer relationships
</li><li>Present bank products and services effectively to maintain profitable customer relationships
</li><li>Transfer knowledge of digital banking solutions to team members
</li>Occasionally take incoming phone calls and process transactions to maintain high customer satisfaction 
<li>
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required
</li><li>At least five years of similar or related experience
</li><li>Preferred experience in a call center or customer service-focused setting
</li><li>Understanding of standard bank products and services, including digital banking solutions
</li>Ability to assist customers in multiple languages is a plus 
<li>
