<div>STARK is seeking to hire an Account Associate for our Stamford showroom. This is a developmental, client-facing role designed to support our Account Managers while building the foundation for a long-term career in luxury sales and the interior design trade. 
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and client service.</li><li>
Provide exceptional front desk and showroom coverage, ensuring a high-quality client experience.</li><li>
Provide sales and administrative support to Account Managers throughout the sales process.</li><li>
Work closely with Account Managers to learn additional skills, assist with pre-sale tasks, and share ideas.</li><li>
Support showroom coverage for out-of-town showrooms as needed.</li><li>
Engage in continuous learning to strengthen skills, contribute to team success, and foster adaptability.</li><li>
Operate in accordance with standard best practices and STARK&rsquo;s Core Values.</li><li>
Serve as a positive contributor to company culture.</li><li>
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Prior carpet experience is ideal.</li><li>
Industry-related experience and/or luxury brand experience is a plus.</li><li>
Strong interest in the interior design trade with excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.</li><li>
Experience in the design industry preferred.</li><li>
Associate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Interior Design or related field preferred) and/or a minimum of 2 years of retail or to-the-trade sales experience.</li><li>
Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.</li></ul>
