Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. This role manages warehouse staff, enforces safety and quality standards, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures operational targets are met in alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities &amp; Operations Management<ul><li>Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, and internal material movement</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods</li><li>Monitor workflow to optimize productivity and space utilization</li><li>Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams as required</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates and team leads</li><li>Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and support corrective or disciplinary actions when necessary</li></ul>Inventory Control<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and system transactions</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and damages</li><li>Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials</li></ul>Reporting and Administration<ul><li>Maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and KPIs (productivity, accuracy, shrinkage)</li><li>Report operational issues, staffing needs, and improvement opportunities to management</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with prior supervisory responsibility</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Leadership and people management skills</li><li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Effective communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
