Job Summary</h3>

Starling Talent Care Services LLC is looking for a responsible and service-driven Concierge Team Leader / Concierge Resident Manager to oversee daily concierge operations and ensure smooth service delivery at residential or mixed-use properties. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supervise daily concierge operations and on-site staff
</li>
<li>Lead and guide concierge team members during shifts
</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for residents and management
</li>
<li>Handle escalated service requests and resident concerns
</li>
<li>Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and basic reports
</li>
<li>Ensure staff follow company policies and service standards
</li>
<li>Support training and onboarding of new team members
</li>
<li>Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times</li></ul>

Requirements Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or customer service
</li>
<li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills
</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
</li>
