To maintain the ambience of the lobby waiting areas in a neat, clean, and organized manner.</li><li>
Standard operating procedures (SOP&rsquo;s) regarding reception operation, with respects to safety, service and maintenance.</li><li>
Responsible and take good care of the assets, ascertaining the cleanliness prevention of damage.</li><li>
To support in coordination of tenant inquiries and complaints.</li><li>
To support tenants in access card/handover coordination.</li><li>
To promote Provis portal and support in bookings, requests and complaints.</li><li>
To have direct access to databases of clients and service providers.</li><li>
To maintain excellent knowledge about community and surrounding facilities i.e. &ldquo;restaurants, galleries, salons and other nearby facilities that might be of help to the residents&rdquo;.</li><li>
To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the events, activities attractions across UAE inform the tenants when required.</li><li>
To assist residents with fitness and wellness services available, including the promotion of activities, classes, and events to add value to their experience.</li><li>
To always greet and communicate with residents visitors in a friendly, respectful polite manner always.</li><li>
To ensure that all guests, visitors and deliveries are registered prior to granting access to the asset.</li><li>
To keep and maintain record any delivered package/parcel/courier.</li><li>
To always help guests residents, within approved P P.</li><li>
To coordinate with supporting departments functions (internal external) whenever relevant.</li><li>
To provide a professional immediate response to residents concerning all residential components and areas.</li><li>
To work closely with Asset Managers on ad hoc requests.</li><li>
To support management with relevant administration including daily, weekly and monthly reports.</li><li>
To record the Lost Found items and coordinate with the security</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>
Previous experience in concierge, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage</li><li>
Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>
