Sacramento: Downtown Center (In-Person Position)
Working Hours/Shift:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, AM Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):<ul><li>
Associate degree plus six years of experience in a mental health field, OR</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Mental Health Field plus four years of experience in a mental health field, OR</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years of experience in a mental health field.</li><li>
License or Certification</li><li>
Level 42: BBS registration as Associate Marriage Family Therapist, Social Worker, or Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychology Assistant.</li><li>
BBS licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist</li><li>
Valid California Driver's License</li><li>
Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria.</li></ul>
NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position coordinates the care and leads the FSP team regarding service delivery based on participant voice.

Serves Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Ages 16-25</li><li>
Peer Support &amp; Independent Living Skills Development</li><li>
Intensive Case Management Support</li><li>
