The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across our organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and networking, is self-motivated, and wants to grow with a company that values teamwork, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Represent Stars + Honey at job fairs, industry events, and community hiring events.</li><li>Outreach to trade schools, community colleges, and other organizations to attract talent.</li><li>Proactively build relationships with hiring managers and local workforce development organizations to build a strong candidate pipeline.</li><li>Own end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including production, supply chain, quality control, and executive positions.</li><li>Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Sources candidates, screens resumes, and coordinates the interview process.</li><li>Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Track and report on key recruiting metrics.</li><li>Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employments laws.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Experience using an HRIS platform (preferably Gusto).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.</li><li>HR certification is preferred.</li><li>Experience recruiting in a regulated industry.</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; LOCATION<ul><li>Salary range: $60,000 &ndash; $75,000, based on experience.</li><li>Bonus eligibility.</li><li>Highly competitive Benefits package.</li><li>This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full‑time role.</li></ul>Due to the high volume of applications, we will contact candidates whose experience most closely aligns with the role.Why Join Stars + Honey?This is more than just a recruiting role; it&rsquo;s an opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to creating something truly special.
