We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team &mdash; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build meaningful relationships with top-tier creators.This position will report directly to the Social Media Director and focus solely on managing influencer partnerships and campaigns. While this is an entry-to-mid-level position, there&rsquo;s opportunity for growth as Rockstar Original&rsquo;s influencer program expands.WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Scout, vet, and recruit influencers aligned with Rockstar&rsquo;s aesthetic and audience across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.</li><li>Manage influencer relationships, including onboarding, campaign coordination, and ongoing communications.</li><li>Coordinate product gifting, seeding campaigns, and paid collaborations to ensure timely content delivery.</li><li>Track influencer campaign performance using metrics such as engagement, conversions, affiliate sales, and ROI.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of influencer contacts, contracts, codes, shipments, and content.</li><li>Build long-term partnerships with top-performing creators and identify opportunities to scale relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with social media, creative, e-commerce, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and conversion goals.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform best practices to keep Rockstar ahead of the curve.</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE <ul><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable negotiating contracts and deliverables.</li><li>Previous experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear.</li><li>Understanding of influencer metrics and ROI tracking.</li><li>Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with influencer CRM tools (GRIN, Aspire) and Shopify is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Friday catered lunches &amp; fully stocked kitchen</li><li>Creative, fast-paced work environment</li><li>Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding brand</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Vernon, CA 90058 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
