Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics, with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling.Duties<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.</li><li>Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and video editing software to produce high-quality visual content.</li><li>Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.</li><li>Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer; optimize posting times for maximum engagement.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.</li><li>Coordinate Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific demographics effectively.</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community loyalty.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Experience</li><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.</li><li>Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.</li><li>Ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences across multiple platforms.</li></ul>*Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In person
