<div>Job Description for Billing Analyst 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau and SQL.</li>
<li>Create and maintain documentation for reporting and SQL processes.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Tableau and SQL.</li>
<li>Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions on multiple methods of payment</li>
<li>Analysis of different reports and highlighting the errors.</li>
<li>Future forecasting subscriptions.</li>
<li>Compiling reports for senior management.</li>
<li>Assist with billing accounts reconciliations</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing data accuracy</li>
<li>Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues</li>
<li>Different day-to-day tasks.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>A bachelor's degree is the Minimum requirement.</li>
<li>Proven experience (1+ year) as a Tableau developer or similar role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and optimizing complex queries.(Plus point)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li></ul>
