Company Secretary Role and Core ResponsibilitiesA certified company secretary is responsible for more than just administration; they ensure smooth functioning of the corporate secretarial, legal, and statutory framework. Entrusted by the board, a CS guarantees compliance with various laws (Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA) and adopts a proactive approach in risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.<ul><li>Legal compliance management: Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Board meeting facilitation: Drafting agendas, minutes, and maintaining secretarial records.</li><li>Corporate governance practices: Advising on best practices and preventing regulatory penalties.</li><li>Liaison: Serving as the point of contact between management, board, and external regulators.</li><li>Stakeholder management: Assisting with communication to shareholders and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Skills: Knowledge in Hindi and flexibility to travel abroad (passport in live)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
