The Cannabis Consultant requires customer service, merchandising, and inventory management skills.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language.</li><li>
Answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner.
</li><li>Accurately entering, processing, and storing guest identification and other documentation to maintain organized records of guest interactions, verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests..
</li><li>Operating computers systems to check-in guests and perform other work-related duties.</li><li>
Notifying other staff of guest arrival and managing flow of guests into sales room to ensure a timely, positive experience.
</li><li>Performing related clerical work and projects such as typing, filing, and sorting mail distribution.
</li><li>Working as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service.
</li><li>Cleaning, stocking, and organizing dispensary; working with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked in accordance with the Companys standards at all times.
</li><li>Inputting orders in a timely and accurate manner, collecting money from guests for products purchased, making appropriate change, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
</li><li>Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry trends and products offered.
</li><li>Breaking down bulk flower into sellable quantities.
</li><li>Updating menus and signage with informative and visually appealing information.
</li><li>Will assist in weekly/daily audits, as well as monthly comprehensive inventories, to ensure that all marijuana products are tagged and tracked properly in METRC.
</li><li>Performing all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Job Requirements<ul><li>
Knowledge of cannabis required.
</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old.
</li><li>Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekends, holidays and evening hours.
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check.
</li><li>Works well in team environment.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail.
</li><li>Excellent time management skills.
</li><li>Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.</li></ul></div>

General Manager Essential Functions:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Ensure the dispensary's compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations</li><li>
Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer service</li><li>
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every customer and employee</li><li>
Responsible for providing a high level of education and development for staff pertaining to medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and consumption mechanisms</li><li>
Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them</li><li>
Work closely with Inventory Specialist and Procurement Manager to procure an adequate supply of quality products</li><li>
Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling?</li><li>
Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in service and labor practices within the community</li><li>
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents relating to dispensary performance, general business periodicals, professional journals, safety, security and technical procedures, and governmental regulations</li><li>
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals</li><li>
Develop operations plans and implement and manage dispensary policies and procedures</li><li>
Document financial, Inventory and customer trends; maintain sales and purchasing reports</li><li>
Manage and maintain dispensary sales and inventory management software
</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or related experience</li><li>
Five years of experience in a retail management environment</li><li>
Excellent customer communication and service skills</li><li>
Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills</li><li>
Passionate about serving the Michigan cannabis community</li><li>
Strong accounting, math and computer skills</li><li>
Must be at least 21 years old.</li><li>
Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekends, holidays and evening hours.
