Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least FIVE (5) years of hands-on installation experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.</li><li>Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Interpret and work from schematics to effectively install equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for clients.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during installations.</li><li>Operate company vehicles safely as a van driver to transport tools and equipment to job sites.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years HVAC installation experience</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices</li><li>EPA certification preferred</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Professional attitude and solid work ethic</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Steady year-round work</li><li>Opportunities for growth and training</li><li>Supportive team environment</li></ul>If you're dependable, experienced, and ready to work with a company that values quality and professionalism, we want to hear from you!Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
