We require a proactive Web Developer who can manage performance, reliability, digital growth and creative initiatives for the websites.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Web Developer to manage, enhance, and optimize our WordPress-based websites and digital assets.This role goes beyond coding &mdash; it includes hosting management, payment integrations, newsletter systems, podcast publishing, and IT coordination.If you are someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities 1. Website Development &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and scale WordPress websites</li><li>Customize themes and plugins using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL</li><li>Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility</li><li>Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals</li><li>Implement SEO-friendly technical structures</li></ul>2. Hosting &amp; Server Management<ul><li>Manage hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, cloud hosting)</li><li>Troubleshoot server errors, downtime, and database issues</li><li>Maintain backups, staging environments, and security protocols</li></ul>3. Payment &amp; Integrations<ul><li>Integrate and manage payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal)</li><li>Maintain event registration and transactional workflows</li></ul>4. Digital Operations<ul><li>Manage newsletters using Mailchimp and Brevo</li><li>Publish podcasts via RSS editors to Spotify</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for API integrations and updates</li><li>Manage Google Workspace accounts and company email setup</li></ul>5. Design &amp; Media Support<ul><li>Create and optimize website visuals using Adobe Photoshop or Canva</li><li>Design and manage digital flipbooks using Flip PDF Professional</li></ul>6.
