Job Summary</b></h2><p>
We are seeking an experienced Product / Project Manager to lead and coordinate a distributed engineering team of 10. This role requires strong project management skills, client-facing communication experience, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives from conception through delivery. You will serve as the bridge between our clients, leadership, and engineering team&mdash;ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>
Project Leadership:</b> Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch evaluation.</p></li><li><div><b>
Team Management:</b> Directly lead and support an engineering team of 10, ensuring productivity, accountability, and high-quality output.</div></li><li><div><b>
Client Communication:</b> Act as the primary point of contact for clients&mdash;running status updates, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery.</div></li><li><div><b>
Strategic Planning:</b> Translate business goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.</div></li><li><div><b>
Process Improvement:</b> Establish and refine workflows, documentation, and reporting practices to improve team efficiency.</div></li><li><div><b>
Risk Management:</b> Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies early, and proactively create mitigation plans.</div></li><li><div><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Partner closely with product, design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure project success.</div></li><li><p><b>
Performance Tracking:</b> Monitor KPIs, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Job Requirements</b></h2><div>
Education and Certifications:</div><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field required</p></li><li><p>
Master&rsquo;s degree, PMP certification, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred</p></li></ul><div>
Experience and Qualifications:</div><ul><li><p>
Minimum 5+ years of project or product management experience, preferably in a technology or software engineering environment.</p></li><li><div><b>
Leadership:</b> Proven success leading engineering or cross-functional teams, ideally 8&ndash;12 members or more.</div></li><li><div><b>
Client Engagement:</b> Strong background in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships, handle escalations, and drive satisfaction.</div></li><li><div><b>
Technical Understanding:</b> Comfortable working with engineers, reading technical requirements, and translating them into business terms.</div></li><li><div><b>
Project Management Tools:</b> Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.</div></li><li><div><b>
Methodologies:</b> Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and other project management frameworks.</div></li><li><div><b>
Communication:</b> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div></li><li><p><b>
Organization:</b> Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><div>
Skills:</div><ul><li><p>
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and integration projects</p></li><li><div>
Proven ability to lead and manage distributed engineering teams, ensuring accountability and delivery</div></li><li><div>
Skilled in Agile/Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously</div></li><li><div>
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar</div></li><li><p>
Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Slack, MS Teams, and Confluence</p></li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Schedule Requirements:</div><ul><li><div><br>
Ability to work night shifts during Eastern Time, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, Including Holidays.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Technical Requirements:</div><ul><li><div><br>
Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum).</div></li><li><div>
Computer/laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB RAM minimum, and 128GB free storage.</div></li><li><div>
Dual-screen setup preferred for enhanced productivity.</div></li><li><div>
Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version).</div></li><li><div>
Clear webcam (720p or higher) and microphone for communication.</div></li><li><div>
Backup systems for electricity and internet outages.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><br>
