SUMMARYThe position of Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for preparing commercial, Ag, SBA, consumer &amp; TRID loan documentation; process customer loan payments and advances; boards loan to core system and images loan documentation; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining excellent customer relations. This is a full-time, on-site position M-F.ESSENTIAL DUTIES&middot; Completes commercial and Ag loan documentation&middot; Understanding of UCC/Real Estate/Crop collateral documentation requirements &amp; perfection&middot; Prepares Consumer loan document requests&middot; Understanding of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure requirements&middot; Reviews loan documentation for accuracy&middot; Boards signed loans to core maintaining data integrity&middot; Responsible for the disbursement of new loan funds&middot; Indexing of loan documentation to imaging system&middot; Prepare and maintain collateral files, ensuring complete and accurate documentation&middot; Process paid off loans &amp; collateral release&middot; Insurance tracking &amp; follow-up&middot; Detail and accuracy are a must&middot; Be able to effectively prioritize in a high-paced environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of LaserPro experience do you have?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Commercial Document Preparation: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
