The Court Case Manager 2 will serve as the in-court clerk for minor offense and grand jury proceedings; prepare the courtroom for hearings, test recording equipment, and review case files for prior or pending actions. You will announce the opening and closing of court proceedings, mark and maintain exhibits and lists, record court proceedings, and prepare an accurate summary. Jury clerk duties will include prepare and distribute jury schedules, juror notices, route requests for excusal and deferral to the judicial officer, and document juror attendance.<br>

THIS POSITION</b></p><p>
You will provide leadership and support to employees; prepare time and attendance reports; performance evaluations and development plans; plan, assign, and direct the work of division staff; prepare recruitment requisitions, screening criteria, and interview questions in consultation with HR; review job bulletins, schedule and conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and provide offers to applicants. AIRPORT SECURITY BADGE</b></div><div>
Candidates for this position must be eligible for an airport identification badge in accordance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations (49 CFR 1542) which requires fingerprinting and a criminal background check. The successful applicant must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history record check as well as a comprehensive background investigation, along with a Transportation Security Administration Security Threat Assessment.</div><div><b><br>
