<div><div><p>The Delaware Forest Service is seeking a Northern Stewardship Forester. This position provides expert advice on forestry practices (Silviculture) including woodland, wildlife, tree planting and watershed management. On a regional basis, develops plans for privately owned forestlands to optimize forest health and vigor based on landowner goals. This position may at times, provide specialized services for urban tree programs, wildlife management or on the economic aspects of woodland ownership. This position will also assist with the wildland fire program.</p>

Applicants must have education, training and/or experience demonstrating competence in each of the following areas:
</p><div><ul><li>Possession of a Bachelors degree or higher in Forestry, Natural Resources or related field.
</li></ul><ul><li>Six months experience in forest management including dendrology, forest fire behavior and control, forest mensuration, timber harvesting, forest management plans, and using tools and equipment such as prisms, clinometers and increment borers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Six months experience in narrative report writing.
</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of preventing, controlling and diagnosing tree insects and diseases.
</li></ul><ul><li>Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).</li></ul>

<div>The Department of Justice (&ldquo;DOJ&rdquo;), Civil Division, seeks a Deputy Attorney General (&ldquo;DAG&rdquo;) to represent the State Bureau of Identification (&ldquo;SBI&rdquo;). This DAG position is in the Civil Division, Public Safety Unit, Kent County, and is primarily responsible for representing SBI. SBI is within the Delaware State Police (&ldquo;DSP&rdquo;) as a separate budget unit within the Department of Safety and Homeland Security (&ldquo;DSHS&rdquo;) and is responsible to insure that criminal history record information is kept accurate and current. The Clean Slate Act (SB111 2021) requires SBI to identify and expunge cases eligible for mandatory expungement on a monthly basis, and to implement a comprehensive, statewide notification so that all departments and agencies processing expunged records can comply with an expungement order or directive.

The DAG should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with client agencies, and should have demonstrated legal ability and a thorough knowledge of relevant laws and court rules.</div><div><br>
