Responsible for project planning and scheduling, workforce assignment, supervising the conduct and ensuring the satisfactory completion of all tasks. Provides instruction to the workforce, evaluates performance, and provides guidance as needed. Report on the status of projects to the supervisors and advise of problems or challenges. Performs a variety of clerical duties to include but not limited to contacting vendors, complying with agency purchasing procedures to obtain goods and services; compliance reports and responses; processing leaves requests, attendance and payroll reports; processing various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
