Position Summary</b></h2><div><br>

</div><p>This position works closely with Division of Adult institution's Budget and Policy Supervisor and OMB Director as well as staff in the Division of Management Services (DMS) and DAI. The primary responsibilities of this position are to oversee the financial operations, transactions of the DAI Central business office accounts as well as the Bureau of Health Service (BHS) units operating at the institutions. The position is a divisional financial resource for the institution business offices. In addition, the position allocates fiscal resources and tracks expenditures for the Division, provides maintenance of the financial accounting system, conducts purchasing, capital asset management for DAI and oversees the bi-weekly distribution of court ordered funds for the division. This position directly coordinates and guides accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel reimbursement and general ledger journal transactions. The position provides documentation and assistance with quarterly budget projections for DAI and serves as the primary back-up to the budget and program supervisor.</p><br>

</div><p>The professional DOC Chaplain is responsible for development, administration and oversight of congregate religious programming and spiritual care for persons of all creeds/faiths/religions. Program delivery will be accomplished primarily by providing direct activities, such as worship services, religious study groups, spiritual care and special events. DOC Chaplains apply principles of pluralism, and ensure all Umbrella Religion Groups (URGs) and individuals are treated fairly and equitably in accommodations and distribution of facility resources. In coordination with facility leadership, the Chaplain will integrate religious accommodations within the institution's overall rehabilitation/treatment objectives; provide staff education/training on principles of religious pluralism, grief, moral injury, forgiveness, etc.; and participate on committees as assigned.</p><p></p><p><br>
The position serves as liaison between the Institution and faith-based community organizations. Chaplains also manage religious literature and dietary accommodations, and maintain relevant public records. The Chaplain will plan and oversee religious ceremonies and faith-based education. This position may facilitate services and study groups within their own religious tradition, depending upon population needs and facility resources. Chapel services will be provided primarily during non-school hours, which will include evenings and weekends.</p>

 Position Summary

 The Aircraft Mechanic Supervisor supervises the Aircraft Maintenance Program and Aircraft Mechanics in the Wisconsin Air Services Section and reports to the Wisconsin Air Services Chief (Enterprise Program Section Chief), working under general supervision. This position provides technical leadership, supervision of maintenance personnel and oversight of maintenance operation to ensure the safety, reliability and regulatory compliance of the state aircraft fleet.

 The Aircraft Maintenance Program is responsible for inspection, technical maintenance, and repair work on the enterprise fleet of state-owned aircraft, including: 1998 Beechcraft King Air 350, three 2001 Pilatus PC-12s, Cessna 172s, Cessna 337, and single-engine Cessna aircraft used by the Department of Administration, Department of Natural Resources, and Department of Transportation to fulfill business operations. These aircraft support a variety of missions including executive transport, natural resource management, law enforcement support and other state operational needs.

 The fleet includes aircraft with advanced systems, such as Garmin 1000 avionics and Bendix King EFS 40/50 systems, as well as Pratt and Whitney PT6 turbine engine systems.
