Join the Wyoming State Fair Team as a fulltime Facility Maintenance &amp; Operations Support Team Member.</p><p>
The Wyoming State Fairgrounds and Event Complex is seeking an energetic, dependable, and motivated individual to support the year-round operations of one of Wyoming&rsquo;s largest public event facilities. Spanning 137 acres and more than 60 structures, the Wyoming State Fairgrounds hosts over 400 event days annually in addition to the annual Wyoming State Fair.</p><p>
This position plays a vital role in maintaining facility readiness, supporting events, and preserving State assets through preventative and routine maintenance. Responsibilities include venue setup and teardown, janitorial support, event preparation, groundskeeping, and assisting with maintenance projects across the campus.</p><p>
This role directly supports the success of the annual Wyoming State Fair and a wide variety of interim events including livestock shows, rodeos, banquets, weddings, trade shows, conventions, concerts, community events, and more.</p><p>
Due to the event-driven nature of the Wyoming State Fairgrounds and Event Complex, evenings, overtime, weekends, holidays, and extended hours may be required throughout the year.</p><p><b><i>

Review injury reports.</li><li>
Investigate the circumstances of the injury.</li><li>
Make eligibility determinations on the claim for benefits by reviewing applications and medical reports.</li><li>
Process claims for indemnity benefits.</li><li>
Communicate clearly the rights, responsibilities, and benefits of the Workers' Compensation program.</li><li>
Assist injured workers with filing requirements and understanding the complex claims processes.</li><li>
Refer appropriate cases for hearing, and may provide testimony in the hearings.</li><li>
Respond directly to employers or vendors in regard to questions on procedures or the status of cases or claims.</li><li>
Coordinate return to work and work restrictions with healthcare providers and employers.</li><li>
Analyze medical documentation to determine the compensability of claims.</li><li>
Initiate and monitor program requirements and process benefits.</li><li>
Mediate disputes involving injured workers, employers, healthcare providers, and the division.</li><li>
Coordinate with healthcare providers to effectively manage the compensable injury and establish appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans for the injury.</li></ul></div><br>
