The Wyoming Retirement Center is seeking qualified individuals for the full-time position of Certified Nursing Assistant. This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help nursing staff provide quality health care for persons in a home-like setting. CNAs will exhibit compassion and respect while caring for persons with mental health, dementia, and medical needs. The Wyoming Retirement Center is located in Basin, Wyoming, with many outdoor activities available.<br>

The primary purpose of the Wyoming Information Analysis Team (WIAT) is to collect, analyze, produce, and disseminate criminal intelligence and provide support to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies pertaining to the state of Wyoming pursuant to Wyo.Stat. &sect; 9-1-627 and 28 CFR Part 23. A major goal of the WIAT is to identify, document, and disseminate criminal intelligence concerning persons involved in organized crime, terrorist groups, and those crimes involving multi-jurisdictional or serial crimes while protecting the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of the citizens we serve.</p><p>
This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, producing, disseminating, evaluating, and storing strategic and tactical criminal intelligence and historical information in accordance with state statutes, 28 CFR Part 23, CJIS Security Policy, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, National Security Regulations, and other applicable statutes, regulations, and policies. Provides various investigative support and assistance to the National Network of Fusion Centers, local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, and Special Agents of the DCI. Act as the administrator and coordinator for numerous DCI systems, databases, and services, including system updates, user account management, and user assistance. Responsible for identifying and locating criminal suspects through the use of sophisticated subscriber databases, software programs, and technology. Conducts telephone, teletype, and written inquiries for intelligence-investigative data. Conducts various types of file checks and background checks and documents the results in investigative reports. Research patterns, structures, trends, and movements of various criminal actors and create tactical and strategic reports of findings. Legal research and background investigation of matters as requested by attorneys.</li><li>
Preparing initial drafts and revising, proofreading, and editing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and other court documents.</li><li>
Filing of legal documents with various courts, including electronic filing and service where necessary.</li><li>
Case opening and closing, including client and witness interviews, correspondence, and managing case calendars.</li><li>
Assisting with the administration of established strategies and goals.</li><li>
Use of proper citation in all legal documents as specified in <i>The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.</i></li><li>
Assisting attorneys in preparing for and conducting hearings, trials, and meetings.</li><li>
Compiling, summarizing, and organizing information necessary for reports and case development.</li><li>
Consistently demonstrating analytical ability, administrative skills, ingenuity, and independent judgment.</li></ul></div><br>

Preference will be given to candidates with an associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in paralegal studies, paralegal certificate, or equivalent prior paralegal work experience.<br>

Reading, analyzing, and organizing moderately complex legal material including court cases and opinions.</li><li>

3-5 years of progressive work experience (typically in Paralegal /Legal Studies) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Legal Support Specialist<br>
