Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>Any Graduate/Post Graduate. BE &ndash; Mechanical / MBA Preferred.</li><li>Min. 10 to 15 years of experience in purchase Dept of Engineering Industry &ndash; Electrical &amp; Mechanical.</li><li>Required Good Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Required knowledge of Vendor Development.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Experience in procurement of raw material like Electro-mechanical manufacturing such as sheets, Structure, Switchgears, motors/pumps etc.</li><li>Negotiation with Suppliers.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components required for production.</li><li>Experience working on ERP, Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Research potential vendors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.</li><li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery of material.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
