Job Title: Sales &amp; Purchase Coordinator (Fresher / Junior Executive)About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated fresher or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will assist team in managing day-to-day operations, specifically focusing on the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in our newly implemented system, Zoho.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support in the preparation and creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in Zoho.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.</li><li>Maintain and update order records in the system for smooth workflow.</li><li>Assist in basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping.</li><li>Learn and adapt quickly to the Zoho platform and related tools.</li><li>Provide operational support to Richard Matthew and the wider team as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Graduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred)</li><li>Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Willingness to learn new systems (Zoho experience will be an advantage).</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on learning and exposure to Zoho systems.</li><li>Opportunity to build a career in sales and operations support.</li><li>Supportive work environment with guidance from experienced professionals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join us?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
