 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in
 
 Electronics/Electrical Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Mechanical Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Control Engineering
 
 ,
 
 Mechatronics,
 
 or equivalent fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;3 years of experience
 
 in field service engineering or relevant co- education; experience in robotics is a significant plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 industrial electromechanical systems
 
 and
 
 basic industrial automation
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with good organizational capability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 customer relations
 
 and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Result-oriented
 
 , highly motivated, and committed to long-term goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 team player
 
 with self-discipline and effective follow-up skills.

 ; a second foreign language (German, French, etc.) is an advantage.

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 This position requires both planned and unplanned service tasks, including interventions for unexpected malfunctions on customer production lines. Key responsibilities include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Performing
 
 preventive maintenance
 
 at customer sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing
 
 on-site support
 
 for urgent customer needs, including diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair.
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing and submitting detailed
 
 service reports
 
 in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and system integrators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing
 
 hotline (phone) support
 
 and assessing customer needs remotely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhancing customer knowledge to ensure optimal
 
 robot performance
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing
 
 robots
 
 for feasibility studies, workshops and trade shows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting
 
 customer trainings
 
 on St&auml;ubli robotics systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Increasing brand awareness through high-quality customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously improving technical expertise in collaboration with the
 
 local and global support teams
