 Job Function:
 
 
 
 The
 
 Supply Chain Associate
 
 provides support in the Supply Chain Division by coordinating purchasing and planning activities. Manages manufacturing demands for make-to-stock or make-to-order items and finalizes work orders. Serves the business by delivering product and service information, assisting with complaints, handling orders, addressing account inquiries, invoicing, and other related tasks.
 
 
 
 Reports to:
 
 
 
 Production Manager &ndash; North America
 
 
 
 Responsibilities and Objectives:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct local purchasing and processes orders for set reorder points
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter sales/work orders in SAP PL/MF (Planning/Manufacturing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure order accuracy and completeness
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with Sales Administration / customer services regarding schedules and deliveries. Prioritize shipments and match purchase orders with open balances
 </li>
 <li>
 Close work orders ensuring accurate documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain communication with supply chain team. Update division-specific spreadsheets
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and monitor production plans. Coordinate material management and utilize SAP PL/MF
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with production managers, purchasing, and warehouse management. Analyze and im- prove production processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot production delays
 </li>
 <li>
 Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or Production and/or 2+ years relevant work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 SAP PL/MF Required
 </li>
 <li>
 Moderate to Advanced MS Excel and Word Skills
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Physical Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
 </li>
 <li>
 Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work schedule:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (minimal planned travel)
 </li>
 <li>
 This position will report to the Duncan, SC office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Salary Range:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 $69,500 - $79,500
 
 
 </li>
