Qualifications:
<ul><li>Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.</li>
<li>Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.</li>
<li>Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.</li>
<li>Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required).</li>
<li>CPR Certification.</li>

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
