Job Description 
Need a steady cleaning job? Interested in being part of a night-time floater custodial team? 
3 Positions Available: 1 lead &amp; 2 team positions 
 
Schedule
 
6-day shift: Mon - Sat 
6-8 hours per night (M-F): 6:00pm - 2:00am (flexible time/on-call Sat) 
35+ hours per week 
 
Pay Scale: 
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour -Lead Floater Custodian 
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour -Team Custodian 
<ul>
<li>Paid time between sites (when using personal vehicle)</li>
<li>Company vehicle may be provided when available</li>
<li>Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit option</li>
</ul> Responsibilities
 
<ul><li>Travel to multiple sites throughout the Detroit metro area each night; max travel time 60 min one way</li>
<li>Wiping surfaces, trash removal, cleaning restrooms, backpack vacuum &amp; mopping</li>
<li>Operate a floor scrubber machine (as needed)</li>
<li>Stock and maintain supply room</li>
<li>Ability to work with others efficiently</li>
<li>Follow all health and safety regulations</li>
</ul> Skills
 
<ul><li>Proven recent work experience as a custodian (1-5 years experience preferred)</li>
<li>Lead Floater Custodian must have 5 or more years&rsquo; experience as a janitorial team lead/supervisor</li>
<li>Integrity and ability to work independently</li>
<li>Trainable and communicate effectively</li>
</ul>Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Reliable vehicle (no Lyft, Uber, rideshare, etc.)</li>
