We&rsquo;re looking for our first part time team member - someone who doesn&rsquo;t just use social media, but lives and breathes it.We&rsquo;re looking for someone who knows what&rsquo;s trending before it even hits the explore page, who can confidently recreate viral Instagram content and TikToks, and who understands how to use trends, viral sounds, and the Instagram/TikTok algorithms to help brands grow, stay present, and be seen consistently. If you're someone who is passionate about all things socials, are super self motivated and organised and you know how to turn a trend into content that feels on-brand and drives growth &mdash; this role is for you.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Spot and recreate viral trends, adapting them into engaging branded content</li><li>Confidently use TikTok &amp; Instagram&rsquo;s, trending sounds, and best practices to boost growth</li><li>Create, edit, and schedule high-quality content for multiple brands in a quick timeframe</li><li>Edit Reels/TikToks with a strong eye for storytelling and virality</li><li>Assist in planning and executing content strategies and campaigns</li><li>Monitor channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages</li><li>Research industry trends + competitor activity to inspire fresh content ideas</li><li>Track and analyse content performance, making proactive recommendations</li><li>Assist on content shoot days and help with planning for key content when required</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Someone who lives and breathes Social Media (Instagram and TikTok)</li><li>Deep understanding of trends, viral culture, and how to adapt them for brands</li><li>Clear knowledge of Instagram &amp; TikTok algorithms and growth strategies</li><li>Confident using viral sounds and editing styles to keep content relevant</li><li>Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)</li><li>Eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency</li><li>Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple brand accounts</li><li>Are proactive and also reactive in good timing when needed</li><li>Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, etc.) is a bonus</li><li>Familiar with scheduling tools (Later, Planable, Rella, or similar)</li><li>Understanding of social media analytics</li><li>Portfolio or proven work examples required</li></ul>The Perks:<ul><li>Fully remote role with flexibility (preference for occasional travel to Essex for shoot purposes)</li><li>&pound;1000/month starting point, with room for quick growth, and more responsibility</li><li>Work across multiple exciting brands in lifestyle, fashion, food, and more</li><li>Build your portfolio with real client projects</li><li>Creative freedom and the chance to make a direct impact in a growing agency</li><li>Working with a fun team and exciting clients</li></ul>This is a role for someone who is already obsessed with social media and is excited to apply that passion to real brands.To apply, please send your CV or portfolio/examples of work, any content you have filmed/edited etc, and a short intro about why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for Stcy Socials.Job Types: Part-time, Internship, TemporaryPay: $1,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 12 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have prior examples of video/social media editing?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
