We are looking for a reliable sample intake technician. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the sample intake technician will include invoicing, data entry, ordering, working in data management software and much more. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company&rsquo;s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.This is an afternoon shift, 12-8PM, M-F.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies</li><li>Review documentation for accuracy</li><li>Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)</li><li>Support invoicing procedures</li><li>Create and update records and databases with within METRC system and Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS)</li><li>Track stocks of office and Lab supplies and place orders when necessary</li><li>Assist colleagues whenever necessary</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li><li>Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and strong understanding of computers and general software systems.</li><li>Possess a desire to help others and be passionate about helping the company succeed and grow as a team member.</li><li>High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
