UI/UX Designer (Desktop &amp; Web Applications)Location: Remote (UK)Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help design intuitive, modern, and user-cantered experiences for our desktop and web-based application. You will work closely with the Founder, and Front-End Developer to translate requirements into elegant, usable designs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full design process&mdash;from user research and wireframes to polished UI and design systems. You will be the Solo person responsible for developing user-cantered designs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design end-to-end user experiences for desktop and web applications</li><li>Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately</li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback</li><li>Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components</li><li>Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across platforms</li><li>Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience designing web and/or desktop applications</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX thinking, problem-solving, and visual design skills</li><li>Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar</li><li>Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Experience working with developers and understanding technical constraints</li><li>Strong attention to detail and visual polish</li><li>Background from Creative Design/Graphics Design/ Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience designing SaaS</li><li>Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)</li><li>Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments</li><li>Motion design or micro-interaction experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to have a significant impact on niche product</li><li>Flexible work environment; work remotely from where ever you are</li><li>Competitive compensation (based on experience)</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team culture</li><li>Startup experience</li><li>Sponsorship to work from UK office as the product gains traction</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease apply with:<ul><li>Your resume</li><li>A link to your portfolio (required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Link to Portfolio:</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
