Position: Junior Graphic DesignerLocation: Chandigarh (On-site / Hybrid) Experience: 0&ndash;2 years Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and layout, along with the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital and print creatives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design engaging marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, and ads.</li><li>Assist in developing brand assets, product visuals, and campaign designs.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver visually consistent creatives.</li><li>Edit and enhance images and videos for digital campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated with current design trends, color theory, and typography principles.</li><li>Prepare design files for web, print, and presentations as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Understanding of social media design formats and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.</li><li>Experience designing for tech, AI, or digital brands.</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or UI design tools.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a fast-growing tech/AI brand.</li><li>Creative freedom and space to experiment.</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work culture.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,687.19 - &#8377;17,497.78 per monthWork Location: In person
