This role is 100% focused on conversion-driven Amazon assets, not generic design work.You will own the full Amazon visual ecosystem, including:<ul><li>Amazon 7-image stack (hero, infographics, lifestyle, comparison, technical)</li><li>A+ / EBC content built to increase CTR and CVR</li><li>Amazon Storefront banners and category visuals</li><li>Product packaging &amp; instruction manuals aligned with Amazon compliance</li></ul>Your work directly impacts sales. If you don&rsquo;t think in terms of conversion rate, clarity, and buyer psychology, this role is not a fit.What You&rsquo;ll DoAmazon Listing Visuals<ul><li>Design high-converting Amazon image stacks that follow Amazon rules and best practices</li><li>Create clear, benefit-driven infographics that explain products in seconds</li></ul>Competitive Analysis<ul><li>Break down top-ranking competitors&rsquo; visuals</li><li>Identify gaps and design assets that outperform what&rsquo;s already ranking</li></ul>A+ / Storefront Design<ul><li>Build structured A+ modules that tell a clear product story</li><li>Design clean, professional Storefront layouts that strengthen brand trust</li></ul>Packaging &amp; Manuals<ul><li>Design retail-ready packaging that aligns with listing visuals</li><li>Create clear, easy-to-follow instruction manuals (Amazon-safe, low return risk)</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work with photographers, 3D artists, and copywriters to deliver polished, cohesive assets</li><li>Execute quickly with clear creative direction and minimal hand-holding</li></ul>Optimization &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Stay current on Amazon image rules, category trends, and what converts</li><li>Ensure all assets are compliant, readable, and mobile-first</li></ul>This Role Is For You If<ul><li>You have hands-on Amazon listing design experience (not just theory)</li><li>You understand Amazon&rsquo;s 7-image stack and why each image exists</li><li>You know how to design for scroll-stopping CTR and purchase-driving CVR</li><li>You&rsquo;ve worked with private label brands or Amazon agencies</li><li>You think in terms of clarity &gt; aesthetics and sales &gt; pretty</li></ul>This Role Is NOT For You If<ul><li>Your background is mostly social media, branding, or website design</li><li>You&rsquo;ve never designed images that are live on Amazon</li><li>You don&rsquo;t understand how Amazon shoppers scan and decide</li><li>You need step-by-step instructions for every task</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience designing Amazon product images, A+ content, and Storefronts</li><li>Strong portfolio with live Amazon listing examples</li><li>Expert in Photoshop &amp; Illustrator (Amazon-level execution, not beginner)</li><li>Experience with packaging and instruction manual design</li><li>Amazon private label or agency experience strongly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with AI-generated copy integration is a bonus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work in a fast-scaling Amazon-focused e-commerce company</li><li>Clear standards, fast feedback, and high ownership</li><li>Competitive pay with long-term growth for top performers</li><li>No fluff, no bureaucracy, just execution</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Amazon Graphics Design: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
