Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.</li><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally Prime, ensuring timely data entry and reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reports.</li><li>Handle GST filings, e-Way Bill generation, and compliance with statutory requirements.</li><li>Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely payments.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally Prime with high speed and accuracy.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and e-Way Bill procedures.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;38,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>TALLY EXPERIENCE (YEARS)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
