We're looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to help our team deliver exceptional work for clients across the country. You'll be in the room (or on the call) from day one &mdash; taking notes, tracking action items, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a great fit for someone who is naturally organized, communicates clearly, and stays calm when clients push back. You don't need years of experience &mdash; you need to be dependable, professional, and hungry to grow. 
What You'll Do
Client Meetings &amp; Communication<ul><li>Join client calls alongside senior team members
</li><li>Take detailed, organized meeting notes and distribute timely recaps</li><li>Maintain a professional, composed presence even with demanding client personalities</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for routine client updates and follow-up questions</li></ul>
Project Tracking &amp; Action Items<ul><li>Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and task lists across client accounts</li><li>Own follow-through &mdash; assign action items, set deadlines, and follow up until done</li><li>Identify when things are slipping and flag proactively before they become problems</li><li>Keep shared documentation current and easy to navigate</li></ul>
Internal Team Coordination<ul><li>Run internal syncs: prep agendas, take notes, circulate next steps</li><li>Coordinate across team members (SEO, paid media, content, leadership) to move projects forward</li><li>Support senior staff with administrative and operational tasks as needed</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>Internship or part-time experience in a client-facing or agency environment</li><li>Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email, social)</li><li>Experience supporting meetings or taking structured notes in a professional setting</li></ul>

Requirements 
 Bachelor's degree in any field &mdash; communications, marketing, business, or related preferred<ul><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Obsessively organized &mdash; you live and die by your task list</li><li>Emotionally mature &mdash; you can handle a stressed or frustrated client without internalizing it</li><li>Fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift</li><li>Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Canva, or similar tools; project management tools a plus (Asana, Monday, ClickUp)</li></ul>
