We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / Node.js) to join our
 
engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable web applications
 
that power core business features. You will work across the stack&mdash;from modern React- 
based frontends to robust Node.js backends&mdash;collaborating closely with product, design,
 
and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features. Experience with AI-driven
 
systems and agentic workflows is a strong plus as we enhance our automation and
 
intelligence capabilities.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Frontend (Next.js )
 
<ul><li>Develop highly responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components using Next.js, React,
</li></ul>and TypeScript.
 
<ul><li>Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, and optimize for Lighthouse scores.
</li><li>Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure end-to-end stability.
</li><li>Build reusable component libraries and maintain design consistency.
</li></ul>Backend (Node.js)
 
<ul><li>Design and maintain RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js.
</li><li>Write efficient, clean, and testable backend logic.
</li><li>Optimize performance, reliability, and security.
</li><li>Integrate third-party services such as Auth, Payments, CRM, and Analytics.
</li></ul>Database &amp; Infrastructure
 
<ul><li>Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
</li><li>Implement migrations, indexing, and performance tuning.
</li><li>Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
</li><li>Integrate with cloud services (GCP,Azure).
</li></ul>AI &amp; Agentic Systems
 
<ul><li>Build or integrate AI-driven workflows, automation pipelines, or agentic systems.
</li></ul></div><ul><li>Work with LLM APIs, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
</li><li>Understand prompt engineering, model orchestration, and observability for AI agents.
</li></ul> 
Collaboration &amp; Best Practices
 
<ul><li>Work closely with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
</li><li>Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
</li><li>Maintain high code quality and documentation.
</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution. 
</li></ul> 
 
Requirements<div>
3&ndash;6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Frontend-heavy Engineer.
 
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR).
</li><li>Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
</li><li>Excellent React knowledge (hooks, state management).
</li><li>Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
</li><li>Strong database skills and query optimization.
</li><li>Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms.
</li><li>Understanding of web performance, security, and testing frameworks.
</li><li>Experience or exposure to LLMs, vector embeddings, RAG pipelines, or agentic AI tools is a plus.
</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
 
<ul><li>Experience with Sanity CMS, Strapi, or other headless CMS.
</li><li>Experience with serverless functions ( GCP, AWS Lambda).
</li><li>Knowledge of microservices architecture.
</li><li>Experience with GA4, Segment, or Mixpanel.
</li><li>Familiarity with Tailwind, Chakra, or other UI frameworks.
</li><li>Hands-on experience building automation using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) or agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
