This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly shape performance, scalability, and innovation.If you thrive in building resilient systems, leading engineering teams, and driving DevOps culture at scale&mdash;this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end DevOps strategy, infrastructure design, and execution roadmap</li><li>Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments)</li><li>Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and release engineering practices</li><li>Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)</li><li>Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance optimization across platforms</li><li>Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)</li><li>Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and security compliance practices</li><li>Collaborate with software engineering, cybersecurity, and IT leadership teams</li><li>Mentor and grow DevOps, SRE, and cloud engineering teams</li><li>Introduce best practices for DevSecOps and continuous improvement culture</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering</li><li>3+ years in leadership or director-level technical management role</li><li>Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP</li><li>Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks</li><li>Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems, and cloud security</li><li>Experience leading distributed engineering teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive executive-level compensation package</li><li>Opportunity to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge academic and research technologies</li><li>Collaborative and innovation-driven environment</li><li>Long-term leadership growth opportunities within ETK</li></ul>About STEK Institute of Engineering, Technology &amp; Knowledge (ETK)STEK Institute (ETK) is a forward-looking institution focused on engineering excellence, applied technology, and innovation-driven education.
