Welcome to Stella Stays.About the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for an Accountant to own our day-to-day financial operations. If you know your way around GAAP, IFRS, and have experience in hospitality, we want to hear from you.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Record daily sales invoices in Zoho Books.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and verify OTA payments daily.</li><li>Manage e-commerce settlements and reconcile related clearing accounts.</li><li>Handle accounting transactions in line with GAAP and IFRS (including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IAS 16).</li><li>Verify and record monthly expenses, accruals, provisions, and OTA commissions.</li><li>Perform related party reconciliations.</li><li>Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.</li><li>Lead month-end closings and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits.</li><li>​Jump in on other tasks as needed&mdash;whatever keeps us moving forward.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in hospitality and handling OTA payouts is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and reconciling clearing accounts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 16).</li><li>Solid understanding of accruals, provisions, accounts receivable, and related party reconciliations.</li><li>Proficiency in Zoho Books (or similar accounting systems).</li><li>Excellent command of English&mdash;spoken and written.</li><li>​Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance.
