If you're a pro at handling customer inquiries and bookings, we want you on our team.You will be responsible for:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and bookings through various communication channels (e.g. phone, email, chat) in a prompt and professional manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information about the company's services and products, as well as policies, procedures, and pricing to customers.</li><li>Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently within the company's reservation system.</li><li>Monitor and manage the availability of rooms, services, and resources to ensure efficient booking processes.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.</li><li>Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and in a timely manner.</li><li>Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.</li><li>Support the sales team with lead generation and calling potential clients</li><li>Participate in training and development programs to improve job skills and knowledge.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

As the first point of contact, you will foster a welcoming atmosphere, build a strong sense of community, oversee the presentation and aesthetics of shared spaces, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience. If you enjoy connecting people, delivering outstanding hospitality, and creating spaces where communities thrive, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome guests, tenants, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.</li><li>You will be the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and tenant support.</li><li>Create memorable experiences that enhance satisfaction and community spirit.</li><li>Organize community engagement activities, networking events, and wellness initiatives that encourage interaction among building users.</li><li>Maintain the building's aesthetics by ensuring all common areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet high standards of quality and presentation.</li><li>Daily walkthroughs of the property to ensure all spaces are guest-ready, visually aligned with brand standards, and maintained to a high aesthetic quality.</li><li>Drive a strong sense of community by engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and proactively enhancing their overall experience.</li><li>Monitor service quality across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality standards</li><li>Plan and execute community activities, guest engagement initiatives, and in-building experiences that foster connection and belonging.</li><li>Support coordination of incoming requests, communications, and basic administrative tasks related to building operations.</li><li>Champion the overall atmosphere of the building &mdash; ensuring it feels vibrant, connected, and thoughtfully curated at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1-3 years of experience in community management, customer experience, property management preferably in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in using property management systems and other relevant software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Friendly, approachable, and naturally positive.</li><li>Passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences.</li><li>Highly attentive to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and aesthetics.</li><li>A relationship builder who enjoys bringing people together.</li><li>Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.</li><li>Professional, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.</li></ul>Note: This job description outlines the general nature and key responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive.
