Job Title: Business Analyst Manager</b></div><div><b>
Job Location: Melville, NY (100% onsite)</b></div><div><b>
Salary: $130,000-$170,000/yr DOE</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Manager of Business Execution Systems is responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining business systems that support the entire organization. This role interfaces with all operational areas&mdash;including Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Test, Manufacturing Engineering, SMT, Machine Shop, Stockroom, Shipping/Receiving, and Quality&mdash;to ensure workflow efficiency, data integrity, and system reliability.<br>
The role owns the architecture and data flow of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system and leads integrations between enterprise systems.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Enterprise Systems Ownership &amp; Integration</b></div><ul><li>
Fully own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP.</li><li>
Lead integration efforts between various business systems.</li><li>
Maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations.</li></ul><div><b>
Business Process &amp; Workflow Optimization</b></div><ul><li>
Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule.</li><li>
Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work.</li><li>
Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing.</li><li>
Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools.</li></ul><div><b>
Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as liaison between end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs.</li><li>
Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs.</li><li>
Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests clearly and effectively.</li></ul><div><b>
Project Management</b></div><ul><li>
Manage all business system implementation projects, ensuring delivery within budgets and schedules.</li><li>
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.</li><li>
Systems Administration &amp; Data Support</li><li>
Develop reports to support data analysis and operational visibility.</li><li>
Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries.</li><li>
Coordinate with IT and developers to ensure solutions meet security and technical standards.</li></ul><div><b>
Training, Documentation &amp; Support</b></div><ul><li>
Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines.</li><li>
Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, Masters with 7 years prior related experience.</li><li>
ERP System Administration experience.</li><li>
Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required).</li><li>
SharePoint experience (required).</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Microsoft Power Automate experience.</li><li>
Microsoft Power BI experience.</li><li>
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).</li><li>
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).</li><li>
Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards.</li></ul><div><b>
