Job Description
Stellar is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Area of Responsibility
Influencer marketing - Assist in researching potential influencers for product reviews, articles, and video marketing.
Email Marketing - Support the team in initial communications via email or calls under guidance.
Content Marketing - Assist in basic keyword research for blog posts, articles, and guest posts. Support the team in drafting or organizing content ideas.
Forums - Participate in online forums and help respond to user queries under supervision.
Analytics &amp; Reporting
Help gather information on competitor software features, pricing strategies, content plans, and marketing activities.
Prepare reports summarizing competitor insights for the team.
Share new ideas and assist in researching potential market opportunities for the team.
Desired Experience
Experience:
Should have 0-1 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO/ SEM) for the USA region
Should be well versed with Microsoft office for reporting and presentation.
Experience working on Excel would be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Trainee-Digital Marketing

Job Description
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our brand communication across multiple channels. This role involves managing social media, newsletters, email campaigns, onboarding journeys, and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate should also be capable of crafting and managing press releases to amplify our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (must have)
Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
Write engaging posts, create campaigns, and grow follower base organically
Monitor trends and stay updated with platform algorithm changes
Work with designers for graphics and creatives
Email &amp; Newsletter Campaigns (must have)
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for product updates, promotions, and announcements
Write and optimize content for monthly newsletters
Manage subscriber segments and performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Customer Onboarding &amp; Communication (must have)
Develop onboarding email sequences and welcome kits for new customers
Ensure timely and personalized communication at each stage of the customer lifecycle
Work with product and customer success teams to streamline onboarding experience
