Job PurposeTo ensure uninterrupted, safe, and cost-effective maintenance of showrooms, buildings, offices, and farm house facilities through efficient supervision, vendor management, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility &amp; Showroom Maintenance<ul><li>Supervise civil, painting, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and interior/exterior maintenance.</li><li>Ensure fa&ccedil;ade, glass cleaning, festival lighting, d&eacute;cor, and parking area upkeep.</li><li>Maintain 24&times;7 water and electricity supply across showroom and office premises.</li></ul>Electrical &amp; HVAC Maintenance<ul><li>Monitor daily electricity consumption and ensure power factor optimization.</li><li>Manage DG sets, electrical panels, transformers, lifts, display lighting, and telecom tower power supply.</li><li>Supervise showroom cooling systems and office AC (split, ductable) maintenance through vendors.</li></ul>AMC, Vendor &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Finalize and manage AMCs for electrical, civil, DG, lift, AC, and other services.</li><li>Negotiate rates, procure maintenance materials and fixed assets, and oversee installations.</li><li>Coordinate contractors for repairs, new office projects, and maintenance works.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Administration<ul><li>Ensure statutory electrical compliance and liaison with electricity board authorities.</li><li>Process monthly electricity bills, rent invoices, and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Handle yearly property tax submissions and records.</li></ul>Farm House Maintenance<ul><li>Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, AC, solar systems, landscaping, and water management.</li><li>Manage contractors, negotiate payments, and supervise repair of machinery and tools.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil (preferred)</li><li>2+ years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision</li><li>Strong vendor negotiation, cost control, and coordination skills</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and civil systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
