 Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic nursing care and assists residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, resident-centered environment in Walpole, MA.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, oral care, and incontinence care
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with meals and feeding
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and wheelchair mobility
 </li>
 <li>
 Turn and reposition residents as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with short-distance ambulation within the facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe and report changes in resident's condition
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid CNA certification (required upon start date)
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Six months of CNA experience in long-term care preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
 
 
 
 </li>
