Experience Required: 5&ndash;7 Years Salary Range: &#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month Department: Purchase / Procurement Industry: Manufacturing (Sheet Metal Components)Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop sheet metal suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery targets are met.</li><li>Procurement Planning: Prepare and execute purchase plans based on production schedules and material requirements.</li><li>Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with vendors for cost optimization.</li><li>Material Procurement: Manage procurement of raw materials, fabricated parts, fasteners, and consumables related to sheet metal production.</li><li>Cost Control: Monitor and analyze cost trends, ensuring adherence to budgetary limits.</li><li>Supplier Evaluation: Conduct regular supplier audits for quality, delivery performance, and compliance.</li><li>Coordination: Work closely with production, quality, and stores teams to ensure smooth material flow.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, GRNs, vendor performance, and pricing history.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the purchase function.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in procurement/purchasing for sheet metal components.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tooling, and vendor base.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
